The paperwork is ours. The business is yours.
PAN, GST, TDS, professional tax, trade and food licences, trust, trademark and logo registration, ISO certification, loans and insurance — applied for, filed and followed up by one team, so you are not standing in a dozen different queues.
Call +91 79808 98126Thirteen services, one point of contact
Each one is run end to end — we tell you what to bring, prepare the file, submit it, and stay on it until the certificate, licence or policy is in your hand.
- PAN Card — New, correction, reprint & Aadhaar linking — A Permanent Account Number for an individual, a firm, a company or a trust — applied for, tracked and delivered, including corrections to a name or date of birth and a reprint of a lost card.
- GST — Registration, returns & department notices — Goods and Services Tax handled as a running service, not a one-off form — registration for a new business, then the monthly and quarterly returns that follow it, with replies drafted when the department writes to you.
- TDS — TAN, quarterly returns & Form 16 — Tax deducted at source, from the TAN application through every quarterly return — with the deduction certificates your employees and vendors ask for issued on time.
- Professional Tax (P Tax) — PTEC & PTRC registration and returns — The state levy every employer and most professionals owe — both enrolment certificates obtained, then the periodic returns and payments kept on schedule so a penalty never accrues quietly.
- Trade Licence — Municipal and Shops & Establishment — The municipal permission to run your trade at your premises — the fresh application, the renewal before it lapses, and any change of address, name or activity in between.
- Food Licence (FSSAI) — Basic, State & Central registration — FSSAI registration for anyone who makes, stores, transports or sells food — the right category chosen for your turnover and reach, then the licence obtained, renewed and amended as the business grows.
- Trust Registration — Deed, registration, PAN & 12A/80G — A charitable or religious trust set up properly from the first document — the deed drafted to your objects, registered before the sub-registrar, and then given the tax registrations that let it receive donations.
- Trademark Registration — Search, class, filing & objection replies — Your brand name registered as a trademark — the public search first, so you learn what is already on the register before you spend on the filing, then the application in the right class and every reply the examiner asks for.
- ISO Registration & Certification — 9001, 14001, 45001 & 22000 — The ISO standard that fits what you actually do — chosen with you, the documentation and records put in order for the audit, and the certificate obtained from a certification body.
- Logo Registration — Device mark & copyright in the artwork — The logo itself protected, not just the name — filed as a device mark under the Trade Marks Act, with copyright registration of the artwork where that adds a second layer of protection.
- All Types of Loan Services — Home, business, personal & vehicle — A loan file built the way a lender reads it — income, banking and security documented properly, the offer compared across banks and NBFCs, and the case followed from application to disbursement.
- Health Insurance — Individual, family floater & senior citizen — A health policy chosen against what it actually pays for — room-rent limits, waiting periods and sub-limits compared in plain language before you buy, and someone on your side when a claim is filed.
- Vehicle Insurance — Two-wheeler, car & commercial — Motor cover for a scooter, a car or a commercial fleet — third-party or comprehensive, quoted across insurers, renewed before it lapses and supported through the claim and the survey.
You explain it once. We carry it from there.
Most of this paperwork fails for the same reason — a form goes in with one document missing, and nobody says so for three weeks. We would rather spend the first call getting the list right than send you back to the counter twice.
- One person holds your file from the first call to the final certificate
- Scans on WhatsApp are enough for almost everything
- You are told what a department is likely to ask before it asks
- Renewal dates are noted and brought back to you before they expire
Four steps, and you are done
The same route for every service, so you always know where your file stands.
- Tell us the requirement — A call or a message with what you need — a new registration, a return, a renewal or a policy. We confirm which category actually applies to you.
- Share the documents — You get one clear checklist, not a moving list. Scans on WhatsApp or email are enough; originals only where the department insists.
- We prepare and file — The application or return is drafted, checked and submitted, and the fee paid. Any query the department raises is answered by us, not forwarded to you.
- You get the document — The certificate, licence, acknowledgement or policy reaches you — with the renewal date noted so the next one is not a scramble.
Built for people who would rather not chase departments
- One desk for all of it — Tax filings, a municipal licence, a trademark, a loan file and an insurance renewal are not five vendors here. One team holds the whole file.
- A checklist that holds — You are told everything that is needed at the start. We would rather spend an extra hour on the list than send you back three times.
- Deadlines tracked for you — Returns and renewals carry dates. We keep them, and reach out before the due date rather than after the penalty.
- Plain answers — What a registration costs, what it does not cover, and how long a department usually takes — said plainly, before you commit.
Tell us what you need
A short call is enough to know which documents apply to your case and what the department will ask for. There is no charge for that call.
Questions we get on the first call
Do I have to visit your office?
For most services, no. Scanned documents on WhatsApp or email are enough. Physical presence is needed only where the department requires it — a trust registration before the sub-registrar, for example.
How long does a registration take?
It depends on the department and on how complete the file is. We tell you the usual range for your specific case at the start, and we tell you the moment something changes — we will not quote a date the department has not given.
Do you handle returns after registration?
Yes. GST, TDS and professional tax are recurring filings, and most clients hand us the running compliance once the registration is done. We track the due dates.
Can you take over work already in progress?
Usually yes. Share what has been filed so far and the portal credentials or acknowledgement, and we will pick it up from there.
Which insurers do you work with?
We compare across insurers rather than pushing one. What matters is the room-rent limit, the waiting period and the claim record — we walk you through those before you buy.
